He always double checked with us to make sure that he was installing the fixtures, grab bars , and shelves where we wanted them. It was installed in one LONG day but it was worth it. "Prime Baths is one of the most impressive companies my husband and I have had the privilege of working with. Kevin came out to give us a quote and we didn't feel rushed as we tried to agree on what we actually wanted. When it came time to decide how to pay, you can pay in full or finance. We gave a deposit and decided to pay in full at the end of the project, so the materials were ordered. Material arrived on time, we scheduled the installation, and we pulled the dream installation team of Bill and Lennon. These two were amazing, they took out the old tub/shower and had the new walk-in shower installed in day one. They were very professional, personable, and knew what they were doing. They were back on day two to install the floor, vanity, linen closet, mirror, and towel bars. We are absolutely thrilled with the end result. Both my husband and I would highly recommend this company if you were thinking about making a change in your bathroom(s). They replaced old plumbing lines running from the basement to the second floor bathroom, removed an old block glass window which required framing for a new window on the exterior wall. "We hired Rowe Construction for the second time for our master bathroom, which was a much bigger project. The project included demolishing the old bathroom and building a more oversized bathroom that included moving walls, moving toilet and shower locations, adding a new large window (masonry), installing tiles and lighting, and building a new walk-in closet. Ryan's team did a great job, and we are delighted with the craftsmanship, detailing, and overall quality. Everybody on their team was friendly and ensured the house stayed clean during construction. We have had Czeslaw (Chester) do two projects for us (building a large multi-story home addition as well as doing a master bath gut rehab at another house) and we couldn't be much happier. He answers your calls, his guys show up for the job, and those workers do very high quality work (craftsmanship). "Was a very smooth experience from start to finish. From the initial contact person, to the person that came to my home to scope out the work, to the supervisor for the job to the two guys doing the work. All were very good at their jobs. I just needed to have the cracked tub surround replaced in a small bathroom and wasn't sure that anyone would want to do that small of a job. They were up front from the start that if they were going to do the work that they would also need to replace the plumbing as they would not take the chance of doing work with leaking plumbing behind it. I then also decided to have a the soffit above the shower (from a previous owner's remodel job) removed which added a lot of work to remove the framing and install ceiling dry wall, making the job much more complicated. I told them that my biggest requirement was going to be that if I was going to pay for someone to do something that I could do myself that when it was finished I expected it to look much better than what I could have done. When it was done they exceeded that goal greatly and every day now I notice some other small detail that the nailed perfect."

"Very professional. Although bathroom was semi refinished, due to all the problems we had had with the company who had done the basement, we decided not to let the remodelers install the toilet and pedestal sink. Good call as it turned out to be more complex and I shudder to think what the original remodelers would have hacked in order to do it. The sink drain pipe had been torn off during demo and one of the two the two bolts on the floor for securing the toilet had also been sheared off. Paul told me that it would take more time then the big deal we purchased and also let me know about the extra charges for materials due to the situation. He was able to get the pedestal sink with faucet properly installed on the first visit. Then he called to let me know he had purchased the parts for the toilet install a few days later, came to our house at the appointed time and finished the toilet install. He invoiced me promptly via email and I was able to pay the extras via credit card. Both fixtures work well. Although it ended up costing about twice what we paid for the big deal, in the end we got a quality job from a very professional and knowledgeable plumber.
