"Nice family business. Had some trouble with some employees getting started but Costas and his dad always took over and made sure everything was great. They did most of the work themselves which was important to me that someone was always on site. My schedule is crazy. Iâ m often not home and I trusted them to be here and get the job done without my oversight. We ran into some challenges, even added a few more jobs to the project. He took in stride, eager for the work and honest and upfront about what he could do what needed to be done? I enjoyed working with him, so Iâ m giving him another project"

"Adam did an excellent job building our garage from the ground up. He was excellent to work with. Not only was he very professional, so were the subcontractors that he hired. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Our project required that a road be built to accommodate large trucks in the springtime. The project stayed on track and proceeded smoothly. We were never left wondering “what’s next?” Adam has great communication and stayed in touch to make sure we knew what was coming up and when. "When you find a great contractor, don’t let them go. ;). I hired Tim to build a screen porch under my deck but added several projects as I recognized the high quality of work and attention to detail from his crew. In addition to the screen porch, they built a deck extension - so nice that I decided to have them replace the existing deck, installed a basement slider and replaced the door, installed a new fence and built a shed. Tim was responsive, open, honest and receptive of my requests and additions during the project. Great experience working with Tim and his crew: Dan, Brian, Eddie and Ben. Great job on all the work - I’ve received many compliments from neighbors and guests on the work you did! I can’t recommend Tim and his crew enough."

"The project went great; I'm very happy with the final product. It lines up exactly with what I was looking for at the start of the project and looks better than I could have planned because of some great design suggestions from Wagner Home Renovation along the way. We ended up creating two separate closets from the previous closet incorporating some previously unused space in the condo as well. Both closets are accessed through very nice double doors. The laundry closet and general/clothes closet both look great. Wagner Home Renovation used high quality repurposed wood from a previous project and black iron rods to give the general/clothes closet great character. All of the work was very well done, and blends into the existing paint and trim-work so well, you can't even tell any work has been done. As an example, they added a wooden keystone at the enlarged entranceway near the new closets that was a very nice touch and feels like it was always there. They were able to save me money throughout the project by offering to use repurposed wood from previous projects that was often better quality than what would normally be used. Wagner Home Renovation does high-quality work and has a genuine interest in how well the end result turns out. They have a great attention for detail, offer great design ideas and options, and are responsive, honest, budget-conscious, flexible, reliable and easy to work with. I highly recommend them."

"Bill is great to work with. He does everything. We actually asked him to give us an estimate on a paint job to do next spring, but while he was here, he pointed out problems with part of our roof, plus trouble with gutters that were funneling water to siding that was rotted. Itâ s all fixed and we are looking forward to working with him in the spring. It was all more expensive that we expected, but I think we got good value for our money."
