"Over the phone, the Ferreira team was super professional. I described the issue in detail, and he let me know that they were booked until early the following week. As it wasn't urgent (only affected some lighting), I scheduled a service call for Monday mid-day. Right on time on Monday, a team of two showed up and set about diagnosing the source of the problem. An hour and a half and a couple wiring changes later, everything was back and in better condition than before! The lead electrician explained everything they were doing as they went through, and helped me to understand the wiring in our home better than I had before.
