"I wish my first call had been to Eddie and Repair Tech Plus. He fixed my TV after another repair service told me the situation was hopeless if I didn't spend an unreasonable amount of money with them (after, of course, they'd missed their first appointment with me). The best part of dealing with Eddie instead was his professional and friendly approach; he was prompt, on-time, informative, and frank. He always returned phone calls as promised, showed up as agreed. As an authorized technician, he always called the TV company direct if there were any technical issues that needed dealing with. "Danny came on a service call to look at an exterior outlet that did not work when I bought my house years ago. He did a lot of detective work to find out where the issue was, and gave me some repair options. He recommended scheduling a new appointment with a half-day deal, rather than continuing the repair with the service call rate. He also gave me a list of supplies that I could pick up in advance to save some time (and money). When he came back, he installed a new junction box, connected the wires to a circuit (it didn't work because the wires were just tied off), and replaced and sealed the outlet. He had to remove and reinstall the dishwasher in the process, and cleaned up the work area well. Danny was very nice, answered all my questions, and took the time to do things right. I plan to hire him again."
