Once he made the refrigerator repair, I asked him to look at my garbage disposal. He quickly discovered the problem and got it working again. Had him look at my oven next. He pinpointed the problem, and told me I could save money by easily making the repair myself then he explained how. He could ve overcharged or tried to take advantage of what turned out to be quick fixes, but he didn t. I respect that kind of honesty and will certainly use JE again the next time I have an appliance or plumbing issue."
