"We were looking for an auto transporter to transfer an older (not classic) car from Virginia to Nevada. We did our due diligence and researched the potential companies that could complete the task in the most efficient and cost effective manner. Three providers were interviewed and quotes were obtained and, interestingly, we found that there was considerable differences in the information that was given and the commitments that were made. We delayed contacting Auto Transporters Online for over a week, cutting into "our timeline" significantly as the expense for the transport had three tiers of cost options, even though the lowest tier was comparable to the competitors. From the reviews read, Auto Transporters Online was a smaller company and there were less reviews posted on Angie's List and BBB. As it turned out, we should have gone with the initial "gut instinct" from the beginning and chosen Auto Transporters Online and saved ourselves from the resulting stress. This may be a small company in comparison to others, but this company offers a personalized touch and pride in a job well done, offering a true customer service model.  <br /> Our situation was apparently somewhat unique in that we wanted to ship the car from Virginia and have it arrive in Nevada at the same time (or a day or two later) that we arrived in Nevada (driving a second car). We were relocating and did not have a designated person to ship the car from Virginia or receive the car in Nevada other than ourselves so the timeline of travel was our limiting factor. The week of research (and frustration) had us at wit's end and ready to call it quits and look for an alternative method of getting both cars to Nevada.  <br /> Dave Miller was contacted by phone on the evening of May 11th and reacquainted him with our situation and the quote that he had provided over a week before and options available were discussed in detail. Dave was understanding of the situation and told us what he could and could not accomplish. He was personable, courteous and professional. We made the commitment and forwarded the paperwork to him that evening. By the time, we awoke and checked email the next morning, Dave had a potential driver that could pick the car up on the 12th (that day) and deliver it to Nevada within the time period desired with a 2 day flexible window. This was perfect! <br /> The car was prepared and picked up on the 12th of May from Virginia and delivered the 20th in Northern Nevada. There were no issues upon delivery. Contact with the driver and Dave Miller occurred throughout the 9 day period, either by phone or by email. <br /> We are very happy with the service provided by Auto Transporters Online and would not hesitate to contact them again. Dave Miller is trustworthy, personable, committed and professional. He provided exemplary customer service at a time when customer service is a misunderstood concept and delivered by very few. "We committed to the condo unit when the lower level was roughed in so got to make many small changes to the standard plan. Sussex folks were very good at listening to our wants and needs and tailoring accordingly. Delays moved the finish date back by two months and we actually moved in before it was completely finished. The finish workers were very kind and skilled so we didn't mind. They made a change in their personnel mid-stream which affected us for awhile but it all worked out fine in the end. "Initial estimate and communications was somewhat frustrating. Took two visits by Paradise to get the project info accurate, but once they did owner Matt pulled together a professional bid package, which was followed by a professional contract. Also, communications improved when I realized that they didn't have an office person to respond to voice messages, and I started communicating directly with Matt via email. Fence removal and installation was pretty uneventful and was completed in 4-1/2 days on some of the hottest days in June of 2015. Paradise has been very expeditious in honoring their lifetime warranty in repairing 3 small installation issues that have popped up from high wind events, the latest in February 2016 . Overall things went pretty well and I love the fence. I would suggest if you leave a voice message, to follow it up with an email."

"First of all, I gave them all A's because of the project manager, Shawn, even though there were problems because of the salesman. <br /> When the cabinets we ordered came in the salesman had forgotten to order one cabinet.  We also found out that he had neglected to advise us that once the counter top people came to measure for the new counter top that it would take up to 2 weeks for it to be installed.  Fortunately the missing cabinet was a middle one so that once the rest of the cabinets were in the counter top people could come and measure.  The missing cabinet came in sooner than anticipated, which was great.  The project manager, Shawn, was great to work with and he did everything he could to get our kitchen back in order as soon as possible.  Unfortunately we didn't even get an apology from the salesman for forgetting to order one cabinet and not telling us about the 2 week lag time to get the counter top.  In addition he ordered soft close drawers and not soft close doors and one set of cabinets that the doors opened up had regular hinges on them so you needed 3 hands to put anything in them.  Shawn was great to make it right by changing all of the hinges on the doors to soft close and hinges on the 2 doors that opened up kept the doors open until you closed them.  They came right away to put in the missing cabinet once it came and did a great job of covering the gap between the cabinets and the flooring since we didn't have time to have the flooring continued to the wall under the cabinets as that would have needed to be ordered too. <br />"

"We were so happy with Alisa and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Dimensions to everyone looking for new cabinets.  She helped us design a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room.  She pointed out things to consider when picking layouts and cabinets.  She offered options if we wanted to upgrade but always kept our budget in mind.  She always responded to emails and phone calls quickly.  We compared 3 other places for our cabinets and none of them could touch her prices.  And to get such great service was a huge plus.  The cabinets came in exactly when she said they would.  One of them was damaged during shipping and she immediately ordered a replacement.  She even delivered the cabinets herself and checked on the installers to make sure everything was going well.  After installation she was helpful in getting us additional accessories and helping us with some adjustments to the doors.  I don't have one single complaint about Dimensions or Alisa.  Great variety of products, great prices and the best customer service in town!"
