"Everything went really great.  Tom was very responsive to my calls and kept me informed of his schedule as we neared the original estimated date.  I happened to work from home on the days Tom was here and when I would go in to see how things were progressing, Tom was always laser focused and I could tell he was working hard.  He definitely was not one to take his time and drag out the project to milk as much money as he can out of you.   We threw a curve ball by adding a design we had not anticipated.  Tom was honest that it could take longer than originally planned and we knew that upfront b/c he explained when we met him for the original estimate that if we were to change the design by adding angled cuts or something, that it would take longer. We were okay with that b/c we wanted it done right and we did not want to settle for something we did not love and would have to stare at it every day for the rest of our lives.   The final product was beautiful.  My wife was super happy, which in turn makes me happy.   I would certainly recommend Tom to anyone that is looking for a great tile contractor and one that is also responsive.   if we ever need tile work in the future, Tom will be the first person I reach out to.

"Great!! Two different handymen, two different occasions. Both men were professional and friendly. Replacing the interior door took some time, and it was worth it! Dean was meticulous (and went up and down the stairs so many times) to make sure the door fit properly in the frame and opened easily over the carpet (which the previous door never did). Separately our front stoop needed repair - pulling off the existing stone/brick that was deteriorating and replacing it with bluestone. James does beautiful work - he is a master in masonry. Coming out of lockdown and having both men show up with all the necessary PPE put me at ease - they were being very careful and following all the guidelines. I've already scheduled them for more work. Well worth the price!!"

He actually saved us money because he diagnosed that we didn't need to replace the shower door hinges, just the gasket. We also had him recaulk the shower and do some touch up in the bathroom and the kitchen. In fact we liked him so much we had him come back a few weeks later and do some additional tile work for us. "Sir Grout of Bucks County was wonderful. Corey was very prompt with reaching out to set up an appointment and was very clear on what needed to be done. I didn't mention the glass shower door and he said they could clean that also. The work they did was fabulous, the shower looks brand new. They were very professional (shoes off at the front door), cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't be happier. I honestly didn't think it would look at good as it does. We built the house 16 years ago and it now looks as it did when we moved in. Highly recommend them. I had an estimate that was about 1/2 of what Sir Grout charged but I just didn't get the same level of confidence. I have no regrets going with a higher price."
