"We felt like we struck gold when we found See Dirt Run! on the web eleven years ago, and we have hired them every summer since then.  We had just installed new Ipe decks, and our then low-cost deck cleaner told us he could wash and stain them without any problem. We thought our decks were ruined.  Rob and Beth to the rescue!  Each year, they make our decks and porch look brand new.  The same is true for all our much older flagstone walkways and patio.  Every job for them is a work of art.  They are seasoned professionals who are extremely knowledgeable and articulate about the technical aspects of all types of wood and how to preserve/protect/clean/stain them, especially the exotic woods. They are meticulous, organized, efficient, and thorough, and they pay close attention to detail.  They take great pains to make sure that all areas adjacent to the decks/porch are covered so they are not affected by the power washing or inadvertently stained.  Never have I had any problems whatsoever with the  plants or shrubs in the vicinity where they worked.  Rob was careful not to get any water near the baseboard woodwork when he power washed the garage floor. They do their work carefully and methodically.  They pay close attention to the weather to make sure the wood is completely dried after cleaning and before staining.  They have someone who always answers the phone and will sometimes call in the evening to notify you that the deck will be stained the next day if no rain is in the forecast.  Rob and Beth, married co-owners, are honest, hard-working, intelligent, and very customer-oriented and also delightful to work with.  I strongly recommend them. <br />"

"Everything was done very well; removal of old sunroom materials, installation of new wall and roof over additional roof area. All wood work was very well done, installation of new glass and new structural roof! All done well. Exception was the new roof! Here the interfacing of new roof with existing roof was not done well. All the construction was completed at end - literally in last week of 2015; all seemed well for first winter of 2016, then in spring of 2016 the roof began leaking at or near the interface of new with the existing roof. I called Mr. Bart Scesney, the Senior Design Consultant , overseeing the project and reported the leak. He promised a fix. Then through the summer of 2016 the leak seemed to resolve itself but with return of winter the roof leaked through the winter of 2016 -2017. I called Mr. Scesney again and again received a promise of a repair; nothing happened. Again in winter of 2017-2018 leaks occurred, again I called with the same null response. Finally in the fall of 2018 I sent an email to Mr. Scesney with a copy to the President of TRS, Mr. Joe Henley. Again a promise of a repair but no response. Thus, this complaint to Angie's list and the same to the Better Business Bureau. Next will be a formal legal proceeding to sue the company for the cost of an urgent repair. Really hate to take this action because all other aspects of the work was so well done. But I must stop the leak; I have a cathedral ceiling and as a result a leak comes directly into my home."

"After looking over the tree, he gave us a price, then returned with help and topped and then felled the tree. It was close to the house and to a small rail fence on the other side, and sections had to be dropped between the two. We had discussed whether they could just push the trunk down a steep hill behind the fence, which would have made the price lower, but we preferred to have it removed. he only small drawback in the job was that he did leave a big section of the trunk lying for several days before coming back to haul it away. However, it was a time of rather widespread wind damage in the area, and we had no particular objection to waiting while he did more urgent things, but since we hadn't used his company before we were a bit concerned that we weren't given a definite time that the job would be completed. <br />"
