"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"The cover and the leaf covers were a perfect fit and of excellent quality. We paid $99 for the complete set--usually a cover like this costs about $400. they are made to match the wood of the table and look great. They came promptly."

"They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."

"Ben came to do the estimate and his knowledge, expertise and passion were invaluable in helping me understand the process and what needed to be done to achieve the best results. I was not disappointed! Ben and his crew did an amazing job from start to finish. They worked extremely hard to accommodate my needs, including weekends and finished the job much earlier then I expected. The workmanship, quality and attention to detail were exceptional and the interior of the house looks like new! Ben and his crew always went above and beyond when addressing any problems or issues that came up and they certainly exceeded my expectations. The interior of the house looks incredible and has gotten rave reviews from everyone who has seen the work. I am having additional work done in the house and not only has Ben promised to come back to do any touch ups that might be necessary, he has stopped by to check on the progress! I can't stress enough what a positive experience this was and now I have someone I can count on for future projects."

They were able to get me in their schedule fairly quickly -  I appreciated that.  Two painters arrived the first day....a third arrived later in the day to help. They came back the 2nd day and finished end of day.  They paint job was good.  They cleaned up fine.  They asked me to take a look to make sure I was happy and I was.  The price included all paint (top of the line Sherwin Williams, and supplies).  That being said, I feel the price was a bit high.  I did have a deal through Angie's List that I bought, but didn't cover the job I needed done.  I would use them again, only if I could negotiate a better price.
