"Duane was wonderful to work with to say the least. He was unbelievably helpful to me in the overall planning of my project and always responded quickly when I would reach out with questions. This ensured I ordered the right materials and even offered helpful suggestions which I had not thought of, such as installing a reverse osmosis filter system for drinking water. I had Hinckley Springs 5gal bottle delivery prior and it's so nice not having a huge water dispenser taking up space anymore, not to mention lugging those heavy bottles either. From tear out to completion, Duane and Adam worked efficiently and carefully. They were happy to help when I asked for a few extra items to be added such as installing new ceiling fans. "We had our bathroom redone by Luis after a pipe burst in the wall and destroyed it. Luis was very professional right from the get-go. He wrote a reasonable bid and stuck with it. We had him install a whirlpool tub and large tile for the walls, floor tile etc. They basically had to gut the entire room, even the floorboard had to be replaced. The room was reinsulated and redone from the studs up. As for the work he did, it was excellent and he went above and beyond what would be expected. His workers were very careful with keeping the dust to a minimum, they were respectful of our time and house, they cleaned up after themselves and even had a cleaner come after the work was done to get the dust off the shelves and wipe down the floors. This is 5-star service! And Luis kept his promise of getting the job done in a timely matter! Not only was the work done well, but Luis also made sure that the tile we bought was installed artistically. We will hire himj again"

We found Brian (TNT Builders) on Angies list.  He came highly recommended, and

now we know why.  He was very curteous on the phone at first contact, and truly seemed excited about his business and doing a project for my wonderful parents (in-laws).  He was honest about pricing and scheduling and went above and beyond to help design the deck to specific, often challenging specifications.  He worked very well with the village of Grayslake inspectors and made the process very easy for our parents (whom live in a retirement community) to obtain other approvals.  He's creative and also manages his business partnerships well as he did with a plumber (whom needed to move an outdoor water spicket to make room for the deck).    Brian was very honest and open about the different material options for the deck - some were more expensive that others.  In addition, he made several special trips to visit so we could pick the right colors and materials.  While doing the project, he was very careful to explain to us exactly what he was doing and why.  The deck was completed on schedule and is of the highest quality, including a very special built in set of steps that looks like it truly belongs in the design.  This deck looks fantastic, so much better than anticipated !!   Most importantly, Brian treats his employees with the utmost respect, it was very obvious they enjoy working together.  He is a smart businessman and an excellent craftsman.  We recommend him highly and will most certainly use his company for future projects.   We very much appreciate Angie's List for helping us find Brian (TNT Builders) !
