"We had a failed Moen shower lever that would not shut off the flow of water to the tub/shower area. It was 6 PM and these folks got right on it and put me on the list for the next repair team to come to our home. They installed two shutoff valves to isolate the problem area and then came back the next day with the replacement Moen part to fix the bad part. Very nice technicians who knew their job very well and who went right to work to diagnose and fix the problem. Very impressive."

"Orlando and his team went above and beyond! During any remodel project there are normally unforeseen things that come up or things that you would like to add on or incorporate into the project. They were quick to adapt and more than happy to accommodate and offer potential solutions or ideas to improve upon what we originally discussed. We began this project 1,000 miles away. We had never met Orlando, but were impressed with our initial conversation over the phone. He was the only one that went out to our home and gave us an estimate. What sold us was he said he was going to treat our project/home just like it was his. He started the project and kept us posted along the way. After 10 long days we were able to finally get to meet Orlando and his team and see our remodeled house for the first time. Needless to say we were impressed! They cleanup up well and completed the project in a timely fashion. We already have plans in the works for Floac's to do some additional work in the very near future."

"the person I talked to on the phone was extremely helpful, nice courteous and I assumed he was the plumber that was coming; toilet was installed crooked the (tank portion of it), the contractor charged 100 dollars more than quoted on the phone due to a part needed from the local hardware store, contractor was cordial and not very friendly, the contractor was making excuses for it being crooked. I did not give approval for that."

"My husband and I will highly recommend Two-Day Bath and Shower to anyone who is considering a bathroom remodel. They did an AWESOME job in both of our bathrooms. In one, a tub/shower combo was replaced by a shower in order to accommodate potential future needs of my aging father, who has recently moved in with us. The other required moving a wall to install a larger shower unit in the master bath. I had high expectations and they exceeded those! That’s not to say everything was without issue. On the second install, after the waiting time for use, we had a problem with the water flow in the master bath shower. I called them and they immediately responded (even though it was almost 5:00 on a Friday afternoon) and fixed the problem (which was in the handle, not due to installation). It is obvious that they strive for perfection and were very apologetic about the issue. I told them then that the integrity of a company is not revealed by perfection, but in how they handle problems or concerns – and they again exceeded my expectations! Equally as important to me as the final product is the experience of working with a company. Two-Day Bath and Shower was a pleasure to work with throughout the process! From the first time I stepped into their showroom to meeting with the representative to working with the installers, I knew that each person was actually listening to what we had to say and truly cared about providing us with a solution/product that we would be happy with for years to come. A special thanks to the installers who both took time to ask about the needs of my father to be sure they weren’t blocking any paths or creating any safety issues for him as he walked around. He was polite and courteous and it was apparent from our communication, that he was very knowledgeable about what we were dealing with. He came out the very first day that our project was submitted and did an excellent job installing our new, "Glass Rainfall Shower Panel Rain Massage System with Jets and Hand Shower". He was so good and his prices were so reasonable that we asked him to do another job while he was here and have scheduled him to come back another day for additional projects. I would highly recommend him and as I said, have already scheduled him for additional projects. He is hard-working, prompt, and a very skilled plumber."
