I had a circuit in the kitchen that was not getting any power even though the breaker in the main panel wasn't tripped so randomly picked LSVG Electrics for their assistance. Lou came out exactly at the time he said he would and quickly diagnosed the problem to be a burnt wire in a J-box in the basement and repaired it. "The majority of the time I contacted this company the people answering the phone were very friendly and courteous. On the day of my install, the last person I spoke to was not as nice. Regardless, that didn’t give me a bad impression of the company as a whole. Chad, the service technician, was awesome. He took the time to inform me of my options on repairing or replacing my hot water heater without attempting to sway my decision. Once installed, he made sure that the water was flowing normally from every faucet. He then informed me of everything he did during the install. He also had to further diagnose a wire that had been melted and address that as well. He showed great problem solving skills, cleaned up and was extremely professional and friendly.
