Our expected timeline for the renovation was well met and we were always comfortable - as much as possible during a kitchen remodel! - feeling heard and respected. "I called Mike after we discovered a leak in a window was not taken care of by installation of a new window. The project was open-ended and required investigation of the source of the leak which wouldn't be determined until the siding was removed. Mike was thorough in his investigation of the problem and up front about pricing being a bit of an unknown and gave me a minimum bid which we agreed to readily. Once the siding was removed the source of the problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed. Mike gave us documentation for the window company and advice on how to proceed. He will return to address further outdoor water damage once the rest of the windows have been replaced. Mike is honest, knowledgeable, and capable of handling issues that others couldn't even begin to address. We are grateful for his expertise and guidance and will be using him in the future."
