"Excellent, no problems. My car was new the first year I used the service and there has never been any damage during the transports. The men picking up and delivering the car have always been pleasant and cooperative. Both Ely and Guy at United Transport has been highly responsive to my needs. I would highly recommend this company."

"No insurance? Mistakes happen, what determines if you are a reliable company is how you deal with rectifying those mistakes! And Zenner & Ritter is a nightmare, and we are likely heading to court. I'll try to keep it short, but succinct! Z&R serviced my faithful generator in August of 2018. In late February 2019, we had that awful windstorm in the Buffalo area. We lost power at night, and the generator started as it always has. I woke up in the morning, and the generator was no longer running while the power was still out. I went to the basement to check up on the sump pump, which was not running, but the water had not gone out of the sump pit (yet). I immediately called the 24-hour service line of Z&R, which is a complete joke with no prompt return call. By the time the service technician arrived, there was 1+ foot of water in the basement. The reason the generator stopped working? The service tech in August forgot to put the cap back on the oil reservoir after servicing the generator!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The result was my recently finished basement flooded with $15,000 in damages. That's a problem! Generac (manufacturer of the generator) confirmed it was a technician error. As soon as Brian Ritter realized the extent of the damage and the cause of the loss, he ghosted me. I had to hire a lawyer to get any response from Z&R, and their lawyer is making me jump through all sorts of ridiculous hoops. Presumably, in the hopes that I will drop this and they don't have to payout. This situation could have been quickly resolved if they had just filed a claim with their insurance company. Still, they seem to be unwilling to share who is their insurance company or policy. It makes me doubt whether they are insured. Next step? I'm preparing to file in court in January. Pictures of the generator available to anyone who would like to see them."

"Would not recommend for any project. Wanted more money than was agreed & walked off leaving his partner to collect payment. We agreed on $3,500 for labor & my husband would help as a go-fer, using our tractor to move the pre-built sections of deck, post hole digger & other tasks. We also provided a cement mixer & most of the hardware & lumber. The job started off wrong & went downhill. Since the deck was placed right at the edge of the house, there was no way to build a landing & tie in the ramp without going 6 ft. into the driveway. The 5 posts to attach the deck & roof, vary in distance apart by as much as 1 ft. The roof rafters vary between 24" & 28" apart, vary in length by 3" & most are on an angle. The roof overhang was to be 2 ft. but is only 16". The metal roof panels were cut too short & are uneven, so, no gutter. Now the faceplate & deck get soaked when it rains. After 4 days, Dean said he wanted $4,500 for the work done so far & extra for the stairs, landing & gutter."

"My parents moved from Rochester to Indianapolis and they could have not done it without Ian. He worked with them in their most stressful time and was extremely patient and accommodating to make this move easier on them. They originally booked with another company that ended up changing their prices on them (over $13,000 more than they originally quoted) a few days before the move!! Ian came in with less than a week notice and saved the day. We cannot thank them enough for all their help in making this move a little easier on my parents. I would highly recommend for any move big or small. Reliable, professional, fair, went above and beyond to help. "

"Horrible experience w/Andy of GSD Contracting. Hired him to put in a 40x30 garage with well, septic & generator w/propane tank, was going to stay in camper in garage while getting a cabin built on my land. I work out of town & told Andy I needed him to get all permits for work. He got building permit. Sent Andy $$ for building materials & generator w/propane tank. Had footer inspection that Andy canceled @ didn?t tell me for a week after. Code enforcement told me no well or septic on property without a living space. Andy said it was a misunderstanding. Then says he can?t continue work daughter is sick. Says he will refund all my $$. Sent all but 8k back. Said he didn?t know why the 8k wasn?t returned he would look into it. 6 months he keeps saying he?s checking on it. Turned him into Rochester fraud dept. He emailed them that I owed him the 8k for work done & he said he attached invoice. Attachment was blank. Stopped responding to them."
