"The overall experience was great.  The estimate was all inclusive and I felt that they really looked for the proper solution.  The crew started the work on the scheduled day and time and was completed on time.  The only downside was that it had rained so much that the backhoe tore my yard up and part of the neighbors yard.  The crew that did the job said that they would be back to level the mounds of dirt out after it froze (so that backhoe had traction) but with the mild winter weather the ground never froze and the crew never came back to level the ground to a rough grade.  I believe this is typical in the industry but I wish I would have forced the issue upfront prior to the contract being signed.   "

"I had a very mixed experience with this contractor. The man who came to do the estimate was very friendly and professional. He sold me on getting more expensive "carbon armor" to reinforce a cracked cinderblock foundation wall as opposed to cheaper steel i-beams because of the nature of our repair, the location of some water pipes, and the proximity to our gas line, Then, when the crew showed up to do the work, the foreman tried to sell me on putting in steel beams for the same price as our original "carbon armor" estimate, stating that the beams were actually more expensive, which is a lie and exactly the opposite of what I was originally told. I can only imagine he tried to do this because he did not want to have to work with the more labor-intensive and toxic materials involved with the "carbon armor." Very disappointing. For the price I paid over estimates from their competitors, I expected not to be swindled as such."

"Crew did an excellent job. They arrived on time (if not a little early) and worked hard digging outside to get to the area of the foundation that needed repair to a couple of small cracks. They did identify the main source of water intrusion around the window area and made sure they fixed it properly. They waterproofed the window area and a large section of the exposed foundation to make sure they had maximum coverage to stop any water intrusion. Haven't had any problems since then."
