I put a request on Angi to have a leak inspected and got a call from them the next day saying they could have someone out in 30 minutes. The man came and inspected and said he would come up with plan. Didn't hear back for 4 days and the problem was alreay fixed. At the end of the inspection he said that will be 129.95 for today. WHAT? That is something you should tell someone in advance!! I called to talk about this with them and was hung up on by a guy named Mike. "OK, Thank You!" was all he could muster before hanging up the phone. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!"

"They called to say they were on the way; arrived right on schedule. They pumped out the tank and said the tank was in good shape. A problem was found with the line coming from the house - totally unrelated to the septic tank. They did as much as they could do, but recommended hiring a plumber to come in and scope the line with a camera. I have arranged for this to be done in the next week or two. The two men from AAA Wastewater were very helpful, and courteous! I would definitely hire them again and will be happy to recommend them to others needing septic service! The bill was less than I expected! I am extremely pleased with the service from this company! The total price included a senior discount, which was offered without my asking!"
