Get matched with top tankless water heater installers in Batavia, OH

"We received estimates from multiple HVAC companies, all the estimates were within a few hundred dollars of each other, and all the companies installed reputable brands of systems. One of the primary decisions to pick this company over the others was due to more favorable financing terms. There was a small snafu with clearance of the water heater exhaust, which was noticed by the technicians before beginning the work. Ultimately, they decided to fix the exhaust issue, which included a lot of extra work, but enabled them to complete the installation of the new furnace within a week that the work was originally scheduled. And they did not charge extra to do this extra work, which is a bonus. The installers, Kyle and Hunter, did a great job, were very knowledgeable, and were very personable/professional. We would highly recommend to others."

"When my water heater was in need of repair, I called them, they were prompt, courteous and professional. My water heater was 29 years old, no hope of a repair. I was shocked how much it cost to replace it. But I was given several options. I was told there was an issue with my vent, that there was a backdraft. I thought it was a sales pitch, so I found out how to check it my self. It was true, Carbon Monoxide was coming back into my basement. Yiikes. I went with a tankless water heater, mainly because of the warranty. The plumbers we very fast and friendly, it was complete in 5 hours. Inspection was included, of course we passed. I would recommend this company to everyone I know."

"I appreciate the obvious years of experience and knowledge Don showed. He pinpointed the issue in minutes and got us back up and water running so quick. Great experience - thank you thank you!"

"Taylor Thibodeau was wonderful! He assessed the situation, explained the options and gave me the cost. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. He worked all afternoon removing and installing my water heater. He wore the booties and put them on the wheels of the dolly to protect my carpet. He cleaned up when he was finished. Added bonus, Amazon delivered two heavy boxes while he was here, and knowing I recently had shoulder surgery, he carried the boxes up my stairs for me! He moved furniture back in place. I highly recommend. Schneller also offers a 10 year warranty on cost and labor! I would have given a better rating on value of the cost, but I have no idea what the cost should be. Side note, I waited from 8am to noon for another plumbing company (whose name sounds happy). I finally called around 2:30 pm, and was told the plumber was delayed!! A phone call would have been nice! So I decided not to use them."

"Dave was very knowledgeable and very meticulous about how to do any type of plumbing job . he cleans up the job area after he's finished and reasonably priced . I will use him on all my plumbing needs in the future ..Thanks Dave"

"Kevin installed a power vent hot water heater at one of my rentals in Cincinnati. Kevin was easy to work, did an outstanding job at reasonable price so I had him install another hot water heater at another property."

"Outstanding…Great Service at a Great price! The cost for Apollo installing 2 water heaters was HALf of what S-K contractor quoted for one water heater!!"

"Theyâ re pricey and it took a couple days between waiting for diagnostic appointment then a couple more for the water heater to actually get installed. Josh came for our install, he was quick and friendly. The quality of work is great."

"I really like the online appointment setting. My water heater pilot light would not stay lit, starting on a Saturday night and I was able to schedule a non-emergency appointment for Monday right then. The technician was very prompt, courteous and professional. He was able to measure that their was no voltage coming from the thermopile and determine that the part needed was either the thermopile assembly kit or the gas valve assembly. He also was able to help me look up the warranty information, show that my water heater was under warranty for parts still and the number to call to order the part. He also scheduled an installation appointment for the day my parts were scheduled to arrive right then. I received the estimate the next day, while waiting for the parts to come the following day after that. The installation prices seemed really high considering the price of a new water heater. The estimate for installation of both parts when they arrived, the thermopile and gas valve assembly, was $700. I canceled my appointment, knowing that if my husband and I could not put the parts on ourselves or find someone we know with water heater part experience, then I could buy a whole new water heater for that estimate price. We drained our water heater ourselves, and from there our HVAC/Furnace family member was able to install the new parts, check for leaks, refill, and start up the water heater with no problems in under 2 hours. While the customer service from Flow-Rite was very good, the high priced estimate was very unreasonable. The initial service call was worth $50, but I would not call them again based on their service prices.
