He fully explained the contract specifics and was able to schedule the job within a reasonable timeframe. He kept in contact through out the process and was responsive when I had questions. Chris arrived on time to repair the water damage and prep for painting. The job required work over 3 days. Chris was a pleasure to work with. Such a skilled professional and personally just the nicest person ever. He had two properties to handle and was extremely accommodating in scheduling between the jobs. "Mad City had to come out 5 times. They didn't get the right base size for a new shower. We had to without a shower for almost 3 months. When they finally completed the job, it was great. It simply took them too long to get it done right."

Then they sent us Jake and he did a marvelous job and we loved the way he did all of the work. You need to have more installers with Jakes skills and you will have a very successful business. Mike Hunt was also very instrumental in getting our situation righted and sending Jake our way. A big thanks to Mike and Jake for making this a successful install. Because of the unskilled first crew and having to remove their work the job took almost two weeks"
