Berger came over promptly and gave us a very competitive estimate, and gutter drainage solution and got to work shortly thereafter. They accommodated our request to have a non-smoking work crew with no questions asked, arrived on time, and finished the job in little over one day. We are amazed at the quality of the product, and are so happy we wont have to worry about cleaning out the gutters with the screens they placed over them. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of repair. Berger also offers other types of service (i.e. roofs) and we will definitely be using them when the time comes."

They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. "Eric was very professional and understood what we wanted. We had to change the schedule because we found some problems with the exterior that had to be addressed before it could be finished. Everything needed to be done before the end of June. So, the exterior was completed the first week of June. With us being on the schedule starting June.23rd to do the interior panting and the floors to be completed by June 27th. They neglected to put us on the schedule to have the floors done. But were able to find someone to work through the weekend and have the floors completed by Sunday, June 29th. We had to post pone our company arriving until Tuesday, July 1st so that the floors would be completely ready. We also had to put our furniture back before everyone arrived. 1 month after the exterior was competed, during the July 4th holiday, the exterior paint started peeling up. I texted Eric with a picture and spoke to him on July 8th. He was going to come by and take a look at it, but never got back with me. I also just texted him again on August 11th. We still haven't heard from him. I am disappointed that this issue has not been addressed. Until this issue is resolved, I can not recommend using them.

"This was the second time I called Prime Roofing to repair wind damage.  Jonathan returned my call within a couple of hours, and scheduled repairs within my time frame (next day, I think).  He arrived as scheduled, had everything needed with him, and completed repairs at the stated price.  A flat price ($250 at the time) covers repairs up to a maximum number of shingles.  That way, you know the cost in advance and he doesn't have to make one trip to estimate and another to perform repairs.
It's the business owner who comes out for repairs, he does these jobs after getting his crew started on a bigger job.  He is very knowledgeable about roofing, and estimated how many years my roof will last, options for replacement at that time, other recommended work (attic ventilation).  He was not pushy; he's performing a service at a fair price, and at the same time establishing a relationship so you'll call him when the roof eventually needs complete replacement.
