"Excellent service, will hire again! I called them outside their business hours (or maybe during lunchtime I don't remember) and didn't leave any messages and they still called me back after finding my missed call. Originally they said that I was out of their service area (I live in South Tampa) but because I live in a condo and had other units who needed service, they made an exception and came out to my area with a small extra charge for time and gas. They were punctual and very professional, no mess, no dirt anywhere. The final cost was as agreed and I was able to pay by credit card. the price was cheaper than other providers I contacted and actually for the dryer I paid the same amount I paid 2 years ago (different company) where they didn't even go on the roof (these guys did!)."

He stated that it would be costly to repair and suggested buying a new one. This in turn led to a conversation about buying a used one (since this was for the garage). He mentioned that he has a shop with used appliances and quickly sent us photos of what was available within our price range.
