"Kenn and his son impressed me. Throughout my years of being a homeowner, I have used MANY Carpet Cleaning companies. I don't think I ever used any of the companies twice. Finally I found a company I will continue to use. They arrived when they said they would. I expected them to be "in and out" as the others were. I calculated maybe one hour.? Boy was I wrong.I think they spent a good 2 hrs. here. I was also interested in having my 6 dining room chairs cleaned. Kenn asked if I had ever had them cleaned before. I told him only once. I had not idea what the company used however.....steam cleaned or upholstery cleaning? Kenn was very candid when we talked. He gave me his "opinion" and I listened.. "We found Downey Clean on Angie's List a few years ago and have now used them multiple times. They do 3 rooms and a hall for $99 and only charge $25 for each additional room or set of stairs. Their cleaning is superior over other companies and their customer service is wonderful. When you call, the staff is very friendly and helpful and you can tell they always answer with a smile. They can usually get you in fairly quick, within a few days, if you are in a crunch too. The guy we have come out was very efficient with his cleaning, personable and friendly with our German Shepherd and cats. We have had pet stains and odors and when he leaves, it's like our carpet has been renewed! Our living room has long shaggy carpet and is very difficult to clean, but he gets it done and it looks beautiful. At one time, he even helped us rescue a large dog! He saw the dog outside and thought our dog had gotten out and made sure to tell me. Long story short, I was able to find the owner from a mile away and get the dog back home. We request the same tech each time, great guy and he does a wonderful job. We HIGHLY recommend Downey Clean!"

"Brian, owner, and Adam, coworker, were professional, courteous, and qualified.  The process took 3 days.  The first was to sand the floor.  Noisely but not messy.  They cleaned as they worked.
The second day was to apply the stain.  Smelly!  I was able to walk on it in 2 hours.  The color was perfect and the application was even.
The third day was for the top coat.  I chose the satin finish and it is beautiful.  I think it looks better than the original finish which was glossier.
Brian came back several days later because a small spot under a cupboard was missed.   
The cost for a kitchen, family room, hall and closet was under $1300.  Brian adjusted the price by 5% because i am an Angie's List member.
I will have them back in a few years to reseal the floor and keep it looking great.
