The crew from B&P Chimney showed up on time, did an excellent job, and daily cleaned up the mess prior to leaving. The work included demolition of the old structure, a full rebuild of the brickwork, with crown and cap, the installation of a new stainless-steel liner that properly vents the boiler & hot water heater in the basement. Despite it already being December, John came to inspect a couple of days later and told me we needed a liner for the chimney furnace and that it was a priority safety-wise, despite needing a creosote cleaning in the fireplace. John showed me the photos and explained it all as well as showed me inside the furnace flue. They came to do the work a couple of days after I called to confirm. The crew, led by John, was professional and thorough, answering any questions we had. They worked with me for making payment arrangements and threw in the creosote cleaning at no charge.
