Having two young children (ages 1.5 and 3) I was very apprehensive to have people in the house during Covid times. However, during the entire duration of their work, the entire team always wore masks and took precautions. They were extremely friendly, and we felt very safe. Argen remained on schedule and were able to complete the job within six days. There were a couple small issues that arose, and they were able to deliver creative solutions. They communicated with me throughout the entire process. The completed work is flawless and looks incredible. They cleaned up after the completion of the work, disposing of materials, and even wiped down the floor and counters of the bathroom. "All of the work was done quickly, professionally, and met my high standards. The only problem arose when they installed my railings while I was out without having me select the style. I came home on the last day of work and everything was complete, even railings that I had not seen or approved. Initially, I didn't want to make them redo it. I thought I could live with it. I paid in full and they left. Ernesto called my husband to make sure we were happy. Everything seemed great, the work was well done, and everyone was professional. However, a few days later I realized I really hated the materials they chose for me. When my husband called back to see if they could change out the railings for us, they said it would cost about $500. I know I paid in full and approved the job, but after $8,000 worth of work, I thought it distasteful to be charged more money to change out materials that I never approved in the first place.
