"Ivan did a variety of projects for me, all of which turned out great. He and his crew were reliable and paid a lot of attention to detail and clean up, and the final result was excellent. Price was reasonable and I wasn't even charged for one repair that turned out much simpler than originally thought. They completed my projects in just a few days. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely call Ivan again."

"My wife and I called multiple contractors when it came to our basement remodel. Mike, at Regal Remodelers Inc, stood out to us and we chose him for our project. Mike was very responsive and made the whole process extremely easy and stress free. He worked with us on our vision, and it turned out exactly how we wanted it to. Antonio, his lead carpenter, was a pleasure to deal with and is extremely detail oriented. From always being on time, clearly taking pride in his work, and cleaning every day before he left, we couldnt have asked for more. Our basement turned out better than we could have imagined. If you have a home project, call Mike at Regal Remodelers Inc, you wont be disappointed."

"Working with Heinen Garage Construction was a great experience. They tore down our old garage and built us a new 22x24. They were great communicators through the process and we are so pleased with our new garage!"

"We made some changes during the remodeling and there were no problems in making them. The work was done by one man, Vincent. Here was there every day on time and left the premises clean each night.

"One structure in the form of a arbor with a gate completed our fence.
The other structure a small deck outside of the lower sliding glass doors, with a pergola added,
gives a quiet shady respite to the yard.
We also had Hal design and build a fountain feature added to the garden area itself.  Which gives a soft
and flowing water sound near the small deck.
The work overall is outstanding with a very finished look.  It was also accomplished as per estimate of
time and cost.  They were very considerate to make the work space neat and clean each day at finish
       time.

We would "highly" recommend these contractors to anyone wanting this type of excellent yard work done.

We were exceptionally pleased with the professionalism and the honesty of the person representing Sears. When we initially called him, he made an appointment for a free inspection.  He arrived at the appointed time. When he inspected our 2 garage doors, which were both off track, he said that the track systems could be replaced, without having to replace the doors. The doors are still in good shape. We had been told by one other company that the doors and tracks all needed to be replaced and their estimate was around $2600.
We made the appointment for him to replace the tracks. He arrived as scheduled and had the tracks replaced within a couple of hours.  The cost was $500, the same as the estimate he gave us.
We would definitely use this service again.
