"This was my second recommendation from Angie’s List. I left a detailed message over the 7/4 weekend and received call back on Monday morning. After confirming my message, confirming the age of my washer and diagnosing the problem, I was given an estimate. He he also said that perhaps, I should consider replacement. I said that I would call back after I received the 3rd estimate. He wished me a good day! I decided on replacing the washer instead or repairing but, will remember D&T for future repairs."

"The work was done at a house in Falcon Heights. Donnie was great. The person taking the order was not. I explained that the leak was inside the house before the first valve, therefore, the water would have to be shut off by St. Paul water dept. The person taking the order wrote down "Inside piping for water meter is leaking." Consequently Donnie did not know to call (or have me call) St. Paul to come out and turn off the water at the street. When he called on Wed. to say he was on his way, I told him that the water would have to be turned off. He was surprised but said he would call the water dept to turn it off. He got here, we waited for them to come. When the first person came, she was unable to turn off the valve so called in a supervisor. At that point we agreed that Donnie should go on to his next job and I would call when the water was turned off. Well, the supervisor came out and also was unable to turn off the water. He said we are going to have to "dig." We set that up for Friday. Fortunately, St. Paul does not hold the home owner responsible for the cost of digging, unlike Minneapolis as Donnie said. I called Donnie to say "Don't come," and called the office to set up an appointment on the following Monday. We called the water dept who came and turned off the water, then I called Donnie and he came and completed the job in 1/2 hour. He charged me the first half hour the minimum for a service call, then for Monday he charged me the $34 per 15 minutes, considering this to be a continuation of the first call. Overall, he ended up spending considerably more than the total of one hour that I was charged. That was more than fair under the circumstances."

"I had a number of repairs I needed done. Dave was very prompt in responding to communications from me. Both Dave and Tim were knowledgeable, personable and friendly, yet professional. Dave was great at telling me what they were doing and why. On a couple of the repairs he gave me options, explaining each thoroughly. The following morning I had an unrelated plumbing issue that needed attention very soon. They had an open time slot and were able to come immediately. I also liked that Dave charged by the task instead of by the hour. Twin City Pipeworks will definitely be my go to plumbing professionals."

"We had our dryer cleaned, on the inside. A peace of mind for me. Mr. Dadashev and partner were very pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, prompt in service and arrival times. Cost was good value for work performed. I highly recommend!!!!!!!!"

"I called for an appt. on one day and they were able to come the next day. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time (no: "between noon and 4--they set a specific time of 1 pm) and got right to work. They worked quickly and were able to do what I needed, in addition to suggesting replacing the washer from the non-leaking faucet handle as well as the leaking one (made sense because it is quite old). They were not able to snake out the bathtub because of a sealed drain, but gave me the suggestion of a product to use to help the sluggishness (which isn't even sluggish any more because of the chemical that they used). Cleaned up after themselves. I do not know how much plumbers charge so I really don't know if their price was fair. It seemed like a lot to me, but, on the other hand, I am glad to have the work finished and was happy to pay such a professional company."

"From the time I called Cady Handyman Services I was met with a welcome and the owner was quite pleasant as he took an account of the things I needed care with.  I was given an agreeable date and name of the Handyman who would provide the service.

Tom, the Handyman, called ahead of time to inform me when he and another man would arrive.  They arrived on time and quickly went to work after checking the list and informing us as to what the jobs would entail.  They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable plus they were extremely neat and very careful as they moved through our home.  They cleaned up after themselves.
Before leaving they, with us, rechecked each job to make sure the work was complete and acceptable.\

We feel we got fine service and  a reasonable price.
