"Ronda came to us through our general contractor. She assisted us in selecting our cabinets, counter tops, hardware and tile. She met with us multiple times at our house to work through the cabinet design. And we met with her multiple times at her studio and the tile shop to select our counter top and tile. Always ready to help, she is knowledgeable and has innate design ability. More than that, she can explain her design choices, yet is willing to discuss alternatives and work through the design process in a collaborative manner, bringing many ideas to the table – or kitchen, as it were. She listens to her clients and was able to translate our ideas into a comprehensive design. Throughout the process Ronda worked with our contractor and with us to make certain everything came together as planned. While there were a number of minor snafus, she was always there to make certain issues were resolved and to keep the job moving ahead. Cabinets and counter tops are a significant portion of the remolding cost. Cabinet manufactures are not all that interested in dealing directly with the customer. Rather, they work through their distributors. We purchased our cabinets through Ronda who has a strong working relationship with the manufactures she deals with and can easily work out issues. "Moving and wanted a fresh start.  I called and got an immediate response.  I got an immediate estimate and they were able to start the work on the day I needed them.  Originally they were going to take a few days to repair and paint 3 rooms and foyer and hall.  Much to my surprise they showed up with 6 guys and were able to do the job in one day.  I have found no problems with the work and everyone was very professional and courteous.  I would definitely use them again and will recommend to friends.

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"After purchasing an Angie's List Deal, I received the measuring kit in the mail promptly. The template and instructions provided to draw my split table top and each of the leaves were easy to use and understand. I mailed the completed materials and received the table pads very quickly. The table splits in the middle to allow insertion of up to 3 additional leaves. The table also has 2 drop leaves. That's 7 pads. All fit perfectly. I have used them on the table for family parties (not every day) and they're durable and built to last. I keep them in the box they arrived in to protect them when not in use. These are a worthwhile investment."

"As an Electrician for 30 years, I am not used to having contractors perform work on my home. However, I was doing a major renovation including the complete remodel of my kitchen, dining room, living room, and new stairs/hallway that was more than I would be handle. Dan was the first contractor I met with and I knew right away he was the guy. At our first meeting, he brought his Kitchen designer from Gallo-Rossi (Dominick) and went over everything in detail. Come project time, Dan and his crew were punctual and showed up as scheduled. Dan’s Crew are true craftsmen and all of his subs/trades are licensed professionals. Their quality workmanship was evident in both the things you can see, as well as the things you can’t. I have already recommended Dan to family and friends and they are just as happy as I am."

"We hired On The Level based on reviews in AngiesList. Ty Salazar is a nice guy and a great kitchen designer, but the fact that he was over an hour late to our initial meeting with him should have tipped us off. The quality of the work was excellent, and his people were always responsive to our requests and questions. It's the scheduling and timing that I had big problems with. We had timed the project so that it would get done over the summer and that we'd have a functionally working kitchen by Labor Day, after which the kids would be back in school. I worked very hard to ensure that all of the materials were ordered and delivered before they were needed. But Ty seemed to loose touch with the project around the middle of the summer, and that's when things went south. We went away for two weeks at the end of the summer, expecting to have a functional kitchen when we got back. When we returned, the kitchen was definitely not done. Not not only that but Ty invoiced me for the final payment, apparently without understanding that it wasn't finished. We did not have a working kitchen until late September, and the final cosmetics took a few weeks after that. The last piece was a shelf for a corner base cabinet, which took until the following January to be done correctly (after two failed attempts). I think part of the problem was that we had to get permits for the electrical and plumbing work, and the licensed electrician and plumber were both "prima donnas" who didn't come when they were supposed to, left the site without finishing the job, etc. Yet at several points in the project I asked for a schedule and was never given one, instead merely repeatedly assured that the project would be done on schedule (which it wasn't). We do seriously love the kitchen. Again, quality was never less than excellent. But the schedule problems went far beyond the usual 1-2 weeks late that you expect for projects like this."
