"I'm going to paste my review from another site here for this company. Fenton installed my garage door a few years ago and did a great job at a very fair price. With that said, here's my review of our most recent interaction: Things have been a little stressful lately around here. We're renovating, and haven't had a kitchen or one of our bathrooms for a few weeks. Yesterday, we discovered termites, and had to tear down a chunk of our house. We certainly didn't need a broken garage door added to the mix, but tough noogies. It went up and fell right down. It's been a few years since Fenton installed the door, but I called them. The man who answered said he'd be by WITHIN THE HOUR! AND HE WAS! After a minute or so of observation, he told me my door and opener were fine. The release handle pull had gotten snagged on something and released the door. He told me to secure it or remove it, which I did. I didn't weep or hug him, because guys, but I really needed that win today. A fist bump later, he was on his way. It's great to know that honesty, know-how, and courtesy are alive and well in Brooklyn, because that's where I need it. I bet they will go where you need them, too!
