He has not held up his end of the bargain and quite frankly i think he took advantage of my elder mom and crippled father. He fell short on nearly everything- he hasn?t come back to rectify any of the problems that were brought to his attention and at this time nearly everyone in my house hold is walking in the kitchen with shoes and slippers because the tiles he layed down are cracked and the grout didn?t last more than a month !!
