There was more issues than were expected for the original work needed, but they didn't change the quote given to me. They got the issue fixed and I was back to swimming this season. "I have had pools all of my life (all above ground), but this year's opening was just too much for me. I have had the occasional green openings in my day, but this one was just awful and I could not get it clear. Even worse than that was the filter was running too high and no matter how many times I changed the DE, it wasn't helping at all. "I am so thankful that HomeAdvisor suggested Kinney Pools. Our pool looked like a swap. After going to local pool stores for several weeks and getting not results I contacted Kinney Pools. They came out an assessed the situation and walked us thru every step. We purchased a new sand filter thru them which was installed immediately. After only a few weeks our pool is finally clear! The entire staff was extremely knowledge and friendly. The were in constant contact with us thru email and phone conversations, even after work hours. Just a fantastic group of professional, knowledgeable, hard working people. The girls went above and beyond in researching the correct liner and supplies that I needed to provide and the install crew weathered a 100 degree heat factor and provided the ultimate install.
