The significant items were that I needed new basement steps, and Harvey and his crew rebuilt new the steps and railings. I needed my kitchen refreshed and desperately needed a new kitchen floor. "First project: Derek arrived quickly with a quote and was able to provide me with an acceptable timeline for scheduling.  He returned the do the work over a few days as much filling, drying, and sanding was needed.  The finished product well exceeded my expectations.  All wall and ceiling damage was corrected.  It was truly a night and day difference. 
Second project: Because I was so pleased with the bedroom, Derek was rehired to paint two bathrooms.  When the first bathroom fell behind schedule, Derek had no problem adjusting his schedule around the delay.  He was able to complete both bathrooms on the new schedule and again to my liking.  I would hire him again for any painting needs and would recommend him to friends and family.
