Damaged the marble floors, broke tile, failed to complete the items I was charged for, and left everything a total mess. I am having another company come in to start over AND repair the damage that was done by Smith Metal & Marble. Also, he is very unprofessional and rude."

"We purchased counter-tops for our home from Firenza Stone. They delivered them to us and installed them but the installation was not done properly leaving huge gaps from the back-splash to the wall. They are refusing to fix the issues from the poor installation. We have contacted the owner personally who was extremely rude and refuses to have anyone come out again to properly fix the poor installation. My husband and I can not believe that someone could be this mean and leave a customer in such a bad place when they have spent a very large amount of money on the purchase of counter-tops for their home. All we want is for them to come back out to properly fix the gaps they left from our back-splash to the wall so that our painter can caulk and paint. We are in the final week of building out home and need this addressed as soon as possible so that our painter can finish his work. This issue is holding us back from moving forward with things that need to be done before we can close on our home. Anthony treated us very unfairly saying that they needed paid in full and now that they are they will not fix the poor workmanship/installation issues. The owner Anthony was extremely rude to both myself and wife on the phone stating that he will not fix anything for us. We can not believe that an owner of a company can leave a customer so dissatisfied after they spent a large amount of money on the purchase of counter-tops for their home."
