When I initially spoke with Tom to make the appointment he was willing and able to come out that weekend, but due to my own scheduling conflicts we made the appointment for the following Saturday. He called the night before to confirm when he'd arrive and he showed up exactly when he said he would. "It went extremely well.  Rob was very responsive to my first call.  Brought out samples and advised on best choices.  We agreed on the price and by the next week the materials were ordered and installed.  No fuss and no muss.  This was for a rental condo that I am selling.  I have some additional flooring needs in my own condo, and I will be seeking out Rob's assistance for this work as well.  Quote for materials and installation was the most reasonable one I received.

"We originally did a report on this company when the work was performed. We rated this company all A's. About 6 months after the install, we noticed that a tile was cracked but we did not do anything about it. A year after the install, we called Tip Top Tile back to the house because we notice there were about 10 tiles cracked. He came to the house and very quickly indicated that it was not an installation problem that it was a problem with our tiles. He indicated that they were poor quality. He also stated that there was nothing more he could do. Bob never informed us when he was installing the tiles that they were of poor quality. Actually, he said they were average quality. If he would have indicated that they were poor quality, I would have purchased new tiles. Bob also never made us sign anything indicating that the tiles were poor quality and that he was not responsible if there was a problem down the road. Here we are three and a half years later and approximately 30 - 40 percent of our tiles are cracked.There are jagged edges and we have cut ourselves while cleaning the floor. It is very dangerous and the floor has to be replaced. We contacted other installers and each installer indicated Bob did a poor job because he did not put thin set down before he put the cement board down. Bob cut corners and we are now paying for it. The floor is still shifting due to the heating and cooling and the tiles are cracking. Average price to have my floor ripped up and a new floor installed is approximately 8,000 to 10,000. We contacted an attorney and discussed the case with him. The attorney agreed that corners were cut and that it was the fault of the installer. The only problem is that we only had two years to seek legal action and we were to late. If you use Tip Top Tile, please beware. We will not use him again."

"I was a little concerned about things going smoothly. I had emailed the project manager my list with photos, as I need to get some questions answered in advance of the visit. I had to make a few calls to get answers. But I figured if I could get the high priority items done it would still be worth it, especially for the price (an Angie's List special deal - 8 hours for $299). Colin arrived on time and diligently worked through the list. He was personable, answered questions and offered advice. Some of the things he did: planed 3 sticky doors, repaired a steel door where the layers were separating, repaired a gate opening and changed out the hardware, installed a light fixture, changed a lawn mower blade, replaced weatherstripping on garage door, re-caulked two sinks, installed a wall coat rack, several hooks and a towel bar and replaced blinds."

"I knew that Danny was the one I wanted to do my kitchen when he came to give me an estimate. He had great ideas, many options, reasonable pricing and was very personable. Whenever I called him he always returned my calls. Danny and his right hand man, Dominic, make a great team. They both took great care to do everything to perfection. Danny helped me pick out cabinets and flooring. He sent me to wonderful people to pick out granite for the countertops and tile for the backsplash. When I wasn't sure about the tile, Danny even met my husband and I on a Saturday to help us figure it out and select something that we would love. He put in extras like a pull out garbage cabinet, a wonderful cabinet that holds my heavy electric mixes and brings it up to counter level when I need to use it. I have pull out drawers and a two shelf lazy susan to maximize the space in a corner that would otherwise just be wasted. The kitchen has an opening by the sink that looks out into the family room. Danny used matching wood to the cabinets and created a molding, along with a wonderful light fixture, to create a beautiful area that enhances the kitchen. He extended the tile backsplash on either side of the opening and put granite on the bottom. Danny added an island with many pull out shelves, large and small, to give me much more storage. The island is amazing and greatly adds to the kitchen. Dominic is an expert electrician who made sure I had ample outlets and wonderful under the cabinet lighting. Danny is an expert plumber who added a water filter, as well as an instant hot that matches the faucet. Because he is such a good guy, he even fixed a problem in our bathroom that had nothing to do with the kitchen remodeling. Absolute Kitchens and Baths is a first rate company. I will absolutely use them again."

"My wife and I highly recommend Northeast Ohio Renovations! The results exceeded our expectations. They removed old aluminum siding and installed new vinyl siding, 3 pairs of shutters, 2 mantles, 3 entry doors, gutters, and downspouts. We received several estimates and chose Northeast Ohio Renovations based on their price and reputation. We signed a contract in July 2017. They began working on the siding in April 2018, which was a long wait, but the reason being that they only have one crew and many clients. Their work speaks for itself and it was worth the wait. Even though it was totally unrelated to their work, he still came back later to caulk the gap and fix the leak. We are very happy with the job and are still getting compliments 3 months later! "The previous contractor tore out the bad slabs, then disappeared. Simoni's showed up within a day of being called and poured all of the slabs before sundown. The concrete looks great, and they cleaned everything up well afterwards. Would hire again, of course."
