"I have a fear of contractors and "Hidden Fees".  I felt NorCal representatives were "straight shooters". we worked together on scheduling due to the weather.  The job done was excellent.  They were true to their quote, and I spoke with several contracotrs first.  One even wanted to charge $600 to "Assess the damage" prior to a quote.  I knew the water damage could be worse once the deck was opened up, and I asked for a "Best case" and "Worst case" scenario.  Fortunatetly we got the "best case" outcome.  At no point did I feel that pressure to "Upsell" and the end result is wonderful.  At no point was there that "Pressure" you often feel from other contractors.  Honest people, fine work."
