"The overall experience was exceptional. Luis meet with my wife and I and did a walk thru of the property and provided us with an estimate within an hour of the walk-thru. I already had heard excellent things about his company from numerous co-workers who had FDC paint their home. "A water pipe broke upstairs and did considerable damage. Lemus Contracting had to take down the kitchen cabinets and rebuild the drywall ceiling and walls, then put everything back up. The drywall all had to be repainted. The same type of work was necessary in the bathroom. They were helpful in proposing solutions to various problems that arose during the reconstruction. Finally they had to dry things out to prevent mold and also replace some of the laminate flooring which had been damaged in other rooms. I found them to be conscientious and punctual in their work. I have used them for other projects since then with similar results."
