"We had 5 companies come out to quote replacing 3 of our exterior doors. Roland is not a pushy salesman with the must purchase today or the price increases motto. He answered multiple emails and even came out a second time to our home to further discuss replacing the doors and answer our questions. He checked in in-person a couple of times during the install process to make sure things were going smoothly. The install team were hard workers and did a great job. We used Star Home Improvements because of their reviews and we didn’t feel like just another number to the company. The plus side was they also came in with the lowest quote. "It was time to replace my roof and I requested several estimates from roofing companies. I selected Marshall Roofing Siding and Windows. It was not the cheapest estimate but the estimate assessment by Mr. Chris Butler, of Marshall Roofing, was the most thorough. Mr. Butler inspected the roof, went into the attic (and found a bathroom vent venting into the attic instead of outside), went into my screened in porch to determine what kind of nails to use so that they would not come through the tongue and groove ceiling and he noticed some old satellite dishes that could be removed. Marshall roofing updated the proposal several times with all of my concerns and additions. This is great customer service! When it came to choosing a shingle color, we struggled to find the right color. Mr. Butler kindly offered to bring out additional shingle samples to us on a Friday afternoon. Again, above and beyond customer service. Mr. Butler also worked with us to find and install an attic fan specifically designed to be quiet when running. The job started promptly on time and was finished in two days. Mr. Butler came out as the job was wrapping up and when the crew finished packing up, on his own, he did a second magnetic sweep around my house to find any nails that may have been missed during the magnetic sweep performed by the crew. Again, great customer service! We are very happy with the workmanship and customer service that we received from Marshall Roofing and would highly recommend their services!!"

"NOVA Exteriors did a wonderful job replacing 3 exterior doors at our home. They checked every box one could ask for. Rob our sales rep was patient and understanding of our needs - even coming back a second time as we had a hard time deciding on what we wanted. Their team worked quickly and did a great job installing some beautiful new doors. We noticed after the installation that there were some imperfections on the hardware installed and they have agreed to replace them & their customer service was top notch. They responded quickly to some minor concerns and went above and beyond to fix the problem. While doors are never cheap, their price was right in line with other Provia vendors and 1/2 the price of Pella vendors. I'd highly recommend them."

"This company is very shady and unethical. We selected them because of the price. It was substantially lower than other quotes received. The reason it was lower was because it wasn't accurate. With the dumpster in our yard, and the roofing materials delivered only then did they "discover" we also needed all new planking. We were prepared and budgeted for a $21,300 project. Suddenly we needed to come up with an additional $8,500 for the plywood. This was part of all the other roofer's quotes. When I voiced that I wanted to use another company they told me I signed a contract and they planned to enforce it. If I broke the contract I would have to give them 1/3. I had no choice but to cave. When I pressed on why this wasn't discovered until they started- they had no response. I was stuck and was forced to proceed (or walk away from $7,100). BEWARE!!! 6/25/2025"
