"Good job inside, very poor job in garage. Seemed more interested in proposing other projects than finishing one contracted for."

"The bathroom remodel went very smoothly and we are very happy with the results. Our tech, Abdias V., was easy to work with and really knew his business."

"I asked for a complete bathroom makeover and left the vision up to Mike — and I couldn’t be happier. From securing the foundation and properly waterproofing the space to the final finishing touches, everything was handled with professionalism and care. The black and white tile design is absolutely beautiful and timeless. The built-in bench and handheld shower add comfort and functionality, and I specifically requested a serene, open space without glass — which was executed perfectly. The entire project was completed with great communication, attention to detail, and at a reasonable cost. I absolutely love the finished product and highly recommend Mike, City Renovations & Remodeling, LLC"

"Eric-Erkay was our project manager and he was such a pleasure to work with. Always was able to answer our questions and able to pick up the phone if we called. The remodel turned out way better than we expected and are just through the roof with the results!"

"My experience has exceeded my expectations. After a prompt response to my bid for a project, Noel reviewed the needs and started the next morning. He provided great counsel, solutions and completed the project in one day. We also had a faulty front door handle that he fixed without us asking. I would highly recommend FAMB Construction and we look forward to working with them again. - D. Smith, Bowie,MD."

"This contractor is wonderful. The team was efficient, understood what I wanted and fulfilled my vision. I can't say enough good things about the way this project went. They completely remodeled my family room, and when I asked for additional work near the end, they quoted me a reasonable cost to add it to the original work"

"We had just bought our first home, a fixer upper, and had no idea where to start first. We had a list of many projects we would need to do over time and a budget we had to stick to. Devin came to look at our house and listened to all of our wants and needs as we explained the ideas we had in mind. After discussing our options we decided to start with the least attractive room in house. It was a small room that had our washer and dryer in it. We had no space in the house for an eating table and only two small closets in the whole house. So, Devin and his staff turned the space into a beautiful sunny room big enough for a dining table and two much needed storage closets with shelving, one of which also stores our washer and dryer out of sight. It looks amazing! He widened the doorway from the kitchen to the room, moved the back exit door to a more sensible location, installed 4 new windows, and laid a tile floor with an inlay border. He also installed new outlets and recessed lighting. While completing the project Devin discovered things that had been done improperly by previous owners and he repaired them to code (joists in the floor, drainage for the washer...). He noticed everything and made sure that the new room was built without any imperfections. We love the room and can't imagine not having the extra storage space. It was the best thing we ever did!"

"It was our true pleasure to work with Navid's construction from start to finish. Super professional, Exemplary and perfect workmanship, very friendly and responsive. Their attention to details was second to none. In every step of the work, they confirmed all the details and brought up their expert opinion to get the best result. Absolutely love the bathroom and would definitely hire them for our upcoming projects, which I already scheduled with them for our second bathroom to be remodeled."

"I worked with John James Properties to remodel my son and daughter-in-law’s bathroom. I was doing this long distance and John James Properties made a difficult situation easy. They were very communicative throughout the process, which went smoothly. The result is beautiful! Well done and in exactly the time frame they stated. Thanks!"
