Gavin from First State Garage Door was so knowledgeable he was able to diagnose my issue over the phone before even coming out!! He gave me a price, informed me of the warranty and gave me a SAME DAY 2 hour window! He and his associate called half way through that window to inform me they might need a little more time which was fine. They got there very soon after the original time window. They were pleasant, polite, efficient, thorough and fixed my door in approximately 30 minutes! I will definitely call them again for any garage or garage door opener issues and would never again consider calling anyone else!! Very Impressive! :)"
