"This business did an absolutely outstanding job on the removal and replacement of our patio cover! Greg and Ted were a joy to work with. Highly knowledgeable of the project, hard working, punctual, great workmanship, respectful and always willing to stop and address our questions and requests. All in all, one of the best contractor's we have had the pleasure to meet and work with. Highly recommend them!"

"We have asbestos shingles and another company removed the shingles. Integrity Exterior Solutions contract was to put the new shingles on. I checked into other companies that did both removal and replacement, but it was $1000 less to go with two separate companies. The shingles placed were Owens Corning TruDefinition - color harbor blue. The two companies coordinated well and had the job done in three days all together. They probably could have done it sooner, but there was a delay of about several hours waiting for the shingles to show up. After the asbestos shingles were removed and the new shingles arrived, the team worked fast and stayed until dark. Some cons: afterwards, we did find nails and roofing material in the gutters, flower pots, and in the yard. It was about a bucket full of material. Plus, there was large sheeting material left in the back yard. I know that a construction site can get messy, but the manager did say they would go through the yard and pick up any loose materials. We let the manager know, so he can let his team know and he was apologetic. Therefore the rating of a B."

"I am satisfied with the work that was done in replacing my porch column. However, the price I was quoted over the phone was not the price they asked for at the end of the job. The price was $500 higher than agreed upon. Word to the wise: be sure to ask about the hidden fees, such as fuel and delivery of the materials. I live in Fremont, and they ordered the materials from my local hardware store, which is approximately 1.5 miles away, and charged me $125 for pickup and delivery. Had I known about the extra fees, I would have chosen a different company. Quality of work: Good (except for two small gouges in the post and no caulking around the base and top of the column). Communication: Poor (failure to disclose all expenses and stand by the original agreement)"

"After moving into the Beatrice area four months ago, we needed to look at replacing the siding. According to our inspection and just looking at the siding, there was some light animal damage and we wanted the stucco changed to vinyl. The original goal was to do one side at a time as we saved up. Pulling back a small corner revealed that there was extensive damage and rot left by the previous homeowners and not shared with us and the siding on the whole home, including much of the wood and more underneath needed to be replaced right away. Caleb worked with us through all of it, keeping a positive attitude no matter how bad it got (and the damage was extensive). He explained our options, tried to work with us through insurance, and stuck with it until the project was done. We are in love with the new siding and hard work he did and can't wait to have him work on our next project!"

"I hired Donald to build a sundeck around my pool, that was in dire need of repair. Not only was he prompt and curtious, but he was very helpful and gave me suggestions that I hadn't thought of! Kudos to this company, and his attentive and helpful crew! Thank you Anointed Power!!!"
