"Mr. Dabney came out to provide a written estimate on the same day we contacted the business.  It took about 4-weeks for the doors to be delivered.  They were installed in 1/2 a day.  The installers, Keith and Spenser, were very professional and helpful.  The doors are exactly what we wanted.  There was one concern after they were installed and when contacted Mr. Dabney responded within 24-hours.  He completely answered all questions/concerns.  We are very pleased with the work and would highly recommend this company."

"We had a big steel door with steel tracks and everything and Overhead Door Company Of Beaumont put in an alluminium door with alluminium tracks on it and we have had constant trouble with it. They came out several times and put the tracks back and it comes off the tracks and the little rollers fall out of it, so we have been in discussions with them and I have tried to talk to their owner but I can't get him to respond to me. It has broken 7 times and they have charged us several times to come and fix it and this time we refused to pay it and we said that they have to fix it. This leaves our garage door half open and broken all weekend so it is a little scary when this happens. We have all of our stuff that we brought from the middle east in there. I have not been happy with their service but they came back this past week and didn't charge us, they put the door back on and put the tracks back on and we told them that our son had taken pictures of how they fixed it the last time, so if there is any problem, we have documented. Their prices were very expensive. If they want to call me and speak to me, I would be very happy to do that. I would not have a new door put in by them, I would have them repair this door but I won't pay them to fix it."

"Ken Parker gave me an estimate that was priced very well opposed to other bids I had gotten. Ken has also done work for me on another project so I was well aware of the caliber of work of his installers. The work was performed in a timely manner and looks awesome. I am in the construction business and I see other companies that perform similar work, but I must say that Parker's work is far superior to those other guys, the detail on this kind of work is important, after all it is what you see and it is gonna be your first impression of the home. There are absolutely no flaws in their work, their craftsmanship transformed this house from really an eyesore to a beautiful little cottage. I will consider Ken Parker on future jobs that I have, and no one else. Thanks for an awesome job."
