"Professional Appliance Solutions was absolutely amazing install a dish washer for me. My cabinets are all original from 1960s and I was so worried about having a company cut a place for the dishwasher but Josh did an amazing job. He was very careful meticulous. He was also very prompt. I would absolutely use them again for work in my home. "

Looking to start my own handyman service business/ if I know how to do it. Don’t know a lot of people to get my name out. So doing work for home owners that are in need of something done would be a great way to get my name/business going

"We purchased a prepaid "fix all broken applianced deal" on Angie's List.   We had to purchase the parts but the fee took care of their time on two visits.  The gentlemen who evaluated the appliances was thorough and even gave some suggestions for the dishwasher to help it clean better.  The parts were ordered and they arrived in a few days and they came back out and installed.  I would definitely use again - informed, polite and honest - all the things you look for in appliance repair. <br />"

"<p>They completed the job in less than one day and even hauled the old unit away. When the initial inspection of the unit was completed, the technician discussed all of the possibilities with the repair. He was honest with me and suggested replacing the unit and the furnace as well while he was there. I like that when he gave me the estimate, both the technician and I signed it. This was all at his suggestion, which I appreciated. Overall, it turned out very well.</p>"

FAQs for appliance (major electric appliance) installation and replacement projects in Beavercreek, OH

A pro starts by setting the units in place and connecting them to the right plumbing lines, electrical circuits, and, for the dryer, a vent. If the hookups already exist, the job is quick. When they don’t, the installer must add plumbing, outlets, or a vent run, which takes more time and increases the price, especially when the laundry area is located far from existing utilities.

You’ll need the right pros for a tight stacked setup. A natural-gas plumber handles the water lines, drain, and any gas work, while an electrician installs the circuit the dryer needs. If venting or framing changes are required, hire a general contractor to patch the drywall or adjust the framing so that everything meets code and operates safely.

Permanent models need complete plumbing, electrical, and—for dryers—vent hookups. Portable units skip most of that and can run on a standard outlet with a temporary water connection. If your home already has a code-approved hookup, you just connect the new appliances. If not, hire a licensed pro to add the lines and vent so the machines run safely and efficiently.

Relocating a hookup costs between $500 and $5,000, as it may involve installing new outlets, gas lines, vents, and drain pipes. The price increases when the new location is far from existing utilities or requires additional framing and drywall work. Have licensed professionals evaluate your layout, provide a quote for the move, and handle the installation so that every component meets code and works safely.
