I spoke with Andrea who schedules installation and by Saturday I had a new furnace installed by Ivan. I'm telling you I have never been happier with a company regarding efficiency and their friendliness & professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone & everyone that needs the services they provide. They keep in touch via phone and follow up with text and emails. "Repair tech, Jim, arrived earlier than scheduled, after notifying of early arrival by email. He diagnosed defective thermocouple minutes after arrival. Replacement was anticipated so necessary replacement thermocouple was on hand. Pilot light back on and water heater operational shortly thereafter. "I hired Glacier HVAC To install a new furnace and water heater. I had interviewed three other companies. I liked the fact that glacier is a small company and the owner Tom did all the scheduling and installation. The work was prompt and very well done. The price was mid range between the other bids. Inspection by Happy Valley was scheduled the day after installation. Tom is a very personable individual who wants to please his customers. He gave me a follow up call after installation and actually brought new filters the next week because he had forgotten to give them to me At the time of installation. "They called quickly and were able to come within hours, fitting me in at the end of there day at 9:00 pm. They knew what the problem was from my description and had the part with them. My heat pump was fixed in minutes. They wanted to see my furnace and saw it was covered with inches of dust and cat hair. Cleaning it out took longer than repairing the heat pump. That made such a huge difference in the function of the whole system. The furnace is quieter and cools faster now. While my unit is very old, they didn't try to scare me into a new system. But they did tell me about federal, state, and local power company rebates available when I decide to upgrade. I will most definitely pass there business cards on to my neighbors, and go back to them when I do upgrade. My indoor temp was 90 degrees and Jason was dripping sweat cleaning the furnace. Super nice guys. Smiling and friendly after a very hot and truly long day of travel and helping folks get their air conditioning working again."
