"I hired Adrian's company to replace a badly decaying and warped wooden L-shaped deck with Trex. As a former Quality Manager, quality is very important to me, and Adrian and his team surpassed my wildest expectations. RJ and Jim were outstanding! RJ started the project alone, Jim came in part way, and then RJ finished on his own. It was his first job as a lead, and he did a remarkable job. They had to rip everything out and rebuild starting with the foundation. They not only kept me informed regularly as to schedule, issues, etc., but when they had multiple options, they included me to make the decision. They made suggestions to ensure the deck met my safety needs, as the two doors facing the deck were at different heights, and they had to be creative. Came up with ideas that were things I'd never have thought of. I'm delighted with the outcome! Outstanding workmanship, skills, and personalities. All were super friendly, kind, considerate, thoughtful, and went above and beyond, every time. They even addressed a problem I had with rotting siding near the deck that was never installed right (30 years ago), and not only got rid of the rot, but fixed it the right way, and made it look beautiful. They also made the project fun! The deck is gorgeous, and the staircase design is outstanding! Extremely professional work! My house backs to a park, and random people keep complementing me on what a gorgeous deck it is. I'm already thinking of other projects they can do for me, like replacing my front porch. I paid a bit more for it, but it was well worth the money. This deck is solid, and beautifuI, and I know it will hold up well over time. I would hire them again in a heartbeat! Best contractors ever!"

"It went well. He was quick and did a successful repair. I don’t have any idea what the going rate for that kind of work but I felt it was a bit high for only 15 or 20 minutes and only two screws were added. I will call him again if I need any other work done."

"Stellar Construction replaced our old, 2-level cedar deck with a new, 2-level composite deck with cable railing and lighting. Everyone associated with the job - from the owner (Micah), to the project manager (Taylor), to the crew (Austin and Ryan) - was professional, punctual and easy to deal with. They also were quick to address lighting issues that arose after the job was completed (and after they had already been paid), which indicates they care about their customers and their reputation. Bottom line: we are very happy with our new deck and would hire Stellar Construction again."

"When choosing a general contractor, we were looking for someone to complete multiple jobs in a timely manner, with a solid work history and good reviews. Eric's Quality Building checked all our boxes. Eric provided a fair quote for both a concrete patio extension and a patio cover. Both of our projects were completed in a fast and efficient manner, with the quality of work and customer service provided being stellar. Eric is a younger guy, but he and his crew do a great job. I will use Eric for future projects, and I suggest you hire him for your next project big or small."

"Aaron was very prompt, professional, efficient, and very easy to work with. He removed a protruding bench-like structure from the entire length of our retaining fence which had become a nuisance from the adjacent neighborhood park and he disposed of the wood, etc. Not only did this improve the look of the fence, no one can sit on our fence any more! Aaron also replaced a broken board in another area of our fence and repaired a leaning post. His cost was very reasonable and we will work with Aaron again on our next project. We highly recommend Structural Holdings, Inc. for any fence and/or deck project! Thank you, Aaron!"

"PEC construction rebuilt our deck with a patio cover and did a fantastic job. Phillip was very easy to coordinate and work with. Pricing was upfront and fair. George did a fantastic job building the deck and patio cover, he had excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail."

"We have hired Paul and his team for several projects in the past several years, most recently for a kitchen remodel. He is professional, honest, the work is done to a high standard and we trust his judgment. He has replaced our windows, remodeled our kitchen and bathrooms, remodeled our bedroom , built a new deck and made cedar siding to match existing cedar siding on our home perfectly. We highly recommend him."

"I just had Elm Construction Services replace the roof on our new home. I have to say, I’m really impressed. We went with asphalt shingles and they look beautiful! What I loved most was how professional everyone was. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and actually cleaned up better than I expected - you’d never know they were even here. They were also super patient with all my questions (and I had a lot!). The quality of their work is top-notch. You can tell they really care about doing things right, not just getting it done quickly. My neighbors have even commented on how great the roof looks. If you’re in the Lake Oswego or Portland area and need roofing work done, I’d definitely recommend giving Elm Construction Services a call. It’s such a relief to find a contractor you can trust who actually delivers on their promises!"

"Reuben was the nicest guy I met with and will keep his number for future jobs. This company does everything small or whole home remodeling. I was impressed by his knowledge and spirit."
