"I had gotten 3 estimates on replacing a wooden 4 rail fence surrounding my 2 acre property. Erik from Chesterfield Fencing was the last one I talked to and was very thorough on the products and procedure. Presented me with a high tech type estimate/quote. I'm impressed how the company has invested in such a beneficial program but doesn't seem to affect the cost of the job. 1st company (recommended by long time friend) estimator/owner had me hold tape measure in between an electrical storm (two houses in my area got hit by lightning in that very storm and quote was hand drawn not to mention they were the highest $!) Jacob came out to show me a sample of the aluminum fencing I had asked for when company #2 lowered the $ to meet Chesterfield. We discussed where the fencing materials come from and history of the company. As a former small business owner I respect that they are as well. Cody helped me decide on multiple situations on how to run the fence line. Cody's Red and Blue install teams exceeded my expectations!! Which confirms I chose the right company!!"

"This railing replacement went very well. Cost is approximated, for it was combined with the cost of the porch posts provided by BNW. After initial measurements, the Greendale rep pointed out that some loose brickwork would need to be replaced and he said he would contact BNW. That work was done promptly and after the railings were fabricated, two installers delivered and installed them in about an hour. All were sized perfectly to fit between existing posts and on the steps. <br />"

"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. "I cannot say enough good things about Add-a-Deck! We had them tear down an existing deck and build a new screened porch. We first met with Chris who was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He made sure to listen to everything we wanted and talked us through all of our different options. He then promptly followed up within the timeframe he said with a computer rendering of our new porch. He was very patient and timely with all of the changes we wanted to make, creating several different renderings so I could visualize the final product. They got started demoing a few short weeks after signing a contract, and the crew did a great job! They were friendly, polite, timely, and worked quickly but without skipping any corners. "We had our old deck torn down and replaced with a new PVC deck. We also replaced the front porch flooring with new pressure treated decking boards. We are extremely pleased with the end result of both. We got estimates from 4 companies and went with Classic Construction because we felt very comfortable and confident with them from the first meeting. The quote by Justin, the project manager, was very detailed. He met with us on multiple occasions and drew up several plans for us to choose from. He was always patient as we struggled with picking the design and colors and his recommendations were extremely helpful. He did a good job of laying out the design and explaining things so that there were no surprises during the building phase. He’s easy to work with and was very responsive to all questions and concerns. Once the job started, Chris and Mike arrived on time every day and worked extremely hard in 100 degree weather. They continued until the job was done and there was no bouncing back and forth between our job and someone else’s. They are very skilled and take great pride in their work. The quality of their work was excellent and we’ve gotten many compliments on the finished product. We couldn’t be more pleased with our new deck and front porch. We highly recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for future projects."

"Very well. We were informed on a regular basis when the work would start and when the supplies dumpster and other items would arrive. Once everything arrived, the Lonestar staff began the process of removing the old siding and replacing it with the new siding. Partly through the process, the new storm doors were installed. All of this took about 10 days. The staff were very attentive to detail and really took pride in their work. Finally, the new gutters were installed. All in all, a job well done."
