"Two electricians came out to my house to install, test and complete the install of a Generac generator. Doug and Robert were punctual, professional , knowledgeable and still very personable. The install took a bit because we had to also engage a gas company to install propane tanks. The work was completed and it passed county inspection without any issue. We've used Davis and Green for other electrical needs and won't use anyone else. These folks are dependable, reliable and great to work with."

"I contacted Underground via e-mail and got a call from the owner, Ms Holt. She was going to have the office contact me. JoAnn the office manager contacted me to see what dates would work for the assessment of the job. We were not charged for the assessment visit. I must say from the office to the Technician Bruce and his team, we were extremely happy! So helpful. Bruce arrived on schedule. He let me know he would flush the pipe and run a camera thru the pipes to diagnosis the problem, what the price would be. Great news, the pipe was clean, and whole. No tree roots. The problem was caused by the secondary pipe being jammed into the main pipe blocking it from functioning properly. So the secondary pipe was installed incorrectly, causing us a lot of damage. Bruce made a small hole in the black top where the two pipes were connected installed a ‘Y’ connector and flushed both pipes! It works. Thank you all."

They assisted us in understanding our options, which materials were available and the advantages and disadvantages of each. We choose granite as our best choice. CGM has a large number of selections available and was willing to walk us, literally, through their warehouse so we could look at and touch the options. They provided us with samples of those that we were interested in so that we could see what the stone looked like in our kitchen. The installers arrived on time and did a very professional job. We felt like we had time to review and ask questions and did not feel rushed in any of the process. The job was very well done and looks beautiful. They also installed the sink that we bought, it all looks so nice. I want to thank the crew at CGM for a great job. We are waiting for our tile installer to do the back splash and have some trim and painting to finish on our end, but the upgrade to our kitchen is wonderful. Thank you!"

After diagnosing the water heater he located a replacement went and picked it up and completed the install the same day. "Came to do the work within 5 days of my call (nonemergency project) when others said it would be a month before they could get to me. Also, the project was more time-consuming than I thought when I described it to them but they did not charge me more than the phone quote. They had to go to a home improvement store and get a toilet as the one I had purchased myself was damaged when we opened the box (not the plumbers fault at all). Then they had to chip away brick and block in the house foundation and crawl through a long crawlspace to install the faucet. They did it all with courtesy and cleaned up after themselves."
