Once the plan was in motion, Andrew Ranieri worked tirelessly to grind down and level all the surfaces – this man is a definite perfectionist and the even surface is better than we ever thought was possible. "We had two cracks in our foundation. One crack was much more severe than the other. For the mason contractors to properly fix the inside and outside of the cracked foundation they had to take out an old concrete patio slab. They fixed the foundation cracks and put in a new slab, filled in three basement windows, replaced two basement windows, installed two window wells, installed drainage pipe for gutter run off, and added fill around the foundation to make positive grade. Serena and Bo kept us in the loop every day to tell us what work was being performed for each day. We will definitely be using Staats Masonry again for any of our other future concrete jobs."
