"Took waaaay to long. 6 months, albeit, we started in late November but it was the nicest winter in history. Promise was late February for completion. I finally conceded in June that they had finally met all contractual obligations. There were several reasons it took so long from my point of view: not showing up when they say they are, poor workmanship requiring lots of rework (all caught by me, not the so called Project Manager), no dedicated project manager, unclear instructions/requirements flowed down to the contractors sent to do the work, company too focused on the next jobs instead of completing this one, etc..I could go on and on...Damaged my driveway and blamed the driveway even though I asked upfront if there would be any harm to it. "No we do this all the time" was the response. Damaged my neighbors lawn and I'm still fixing that. Overall, a bad experience. I'd rate them a "D" but they did eventually fix most of the quality problems. The rest I have, or will take care of. Cutting the ties with this contractor. Would not recommend."

"We had a fairly new home that was 4 years old when we started to see cracks in the foundation. And whenever it rain heavy, water was seeping through the cracks on to the floor.  I called several people to come out and they gave me many different options as to how they would fix it. I was not happy with the advice until a contractor told me about Crack-X. It took several phone calls to finally get a call back. But I was given a quote over the phone and scheduled an appointment at the same time. The employee (Alex ) who showed up was terrific. He explained what he was going to do and proceeded to complete the job. It took several hours to finish the job. He mentioned that their work has a 10 year warranty. He also told me that I would never see water come from those cracks again. It has been almost 2 years since they completed the work, and I have to tell you that Alex was right. There has been not one drip of water that has come from those cracks and we have had many severe rainstorms over the last few years. "Our house's cinder block foundation is leaky in key spots and the recent monsoons meant some water got inside the house. Sean came out to inspect and quote. The plan was to remove a French drain to dig a trench, waterproof the foundation, and then put the French drain back. The price was reasonable plus he guarantees his work so that made us feel comfortable. His crew led by Hector, started work a week later by moving the French drain and digging a 5-6' deep trench around the offending area. They stuccoed and then waterproofed the foundation. When a couple of issues came up (as they always seem to in-house repair), Sean came over, assessed, and explained the situation and we agreed on the best way to proceed... and they carried on without missing a beat. Post-job care was good too as a few days after they were done, we had an issue with settling which caused the drain pipe to disconnect from the French drain. Sean and Hector came out to take a look and they put it right that day."

"Wow ! Dave and his associate (his name is Dave as well) are just awesome ! They are hard working and honest professionals and are also very nice guys. I needed to get the work done (stucco coat on basement walls) and I called a few providers and received quotes. Dave was very busy but he told me that he would find time to accommodate my schedule and would complete the work.



He called me and asked if I wanted to have the work done on the Saturday and I agreed. They showed up on time, were well prepared and started asap. They worked with great attention to detail and were very thorough.  They also suggested to have the dryer vent cleaned of lint and said they would do it if they had time. That was not part of the basement wall job but still they offered to help me.



I couldn't believe how hard they worked ! They started around 8:00 A.M. and continued working till 1:00 A.M. or so on a Saturday night ! 



Dave had to come back to my house on Monday to pick up some of his stuff. I showed him two areas at the bottom of the walls where it meets the floor. The coating appeared to be a bit rough but I told him that I didn't care about the looks, my question was just about the strength of the coating. He immediately picked up a brick and smoothened the areas to make it look nice even though I didn't even ask him to do it. Then he went ahead and applied caulking to several areas around my basement door even though that was not even part of the job ! He is just very customer friendly, hard working and honest person, and his associate Dave is the same.



I rate Dave and his company very high and would contact them again if I need to get some work done.

His inspection was thorough and he explained the situation so we could easily understand what was happening and what we needed to do to repair it.
