"I just had Hardick Fence replace my chain link fence, replacing it with a wooden one. I decided to replace it because on one side was an open field, which just bothered me. But it was the other side that was the main reason for replacing the chain link with a wooden one, and that's the vicious dog on the other side of the fence. This dog is always in attack mode. I 1st met with the owner of Hardrick Fence, Manny. I found Manny to be a very nice, and very professional/personable person. He accessed the situation, asked me if I wanted the old chain link taken down, which I did, and gave me a very reasonable estimate to do the job. Before the job started I asked him if he could also replace the chain link gate with a wooden one. He said yes, and we agreed on the added cost of the gate, which was again, very resonable. He and his crew did an excellent job installing the fence."

"My wife and I highly recommend Northeast Ohio Renovations! The results exceeded our expectations. They removed old aluminum siding and installed new vinyl siding, 3 pairs of shutters, 2 mantles, 3 entry doors, gutters, and downspouts. We received several estimates and chose Northeast Ohio Renovations based on their price and reputation. We signed a contract in July 2017. They began working on the siding in April 2018, which was a long wait, but the reason being that they only have one crew and many clients. Their work speaks for itself and it was worth the wait. The crew was wonderful! They were considerate, tidy, helpful, and asked questions when in doubt. They went above and beyond. Dan even offered to mount my new wireless doorbells. I can't say enough about this crew. A few weeks after the installation, I noticed one of the gutters was leaking. The owner, Bob, came out to take look and found that it was due to an issue with our roof. Even though it was totally unrelated to their work, he still came back later to caulk the gap and fix the leak. We are very happy with the job and are still getting compliments 3 months later! We will not hesitate to hire them for any other work we need done in the future! Thank you!"

He did all building of the bar, flooring, installed lighting, wall coverings, electrical, plumbing, etc. His work and attention to detail are amazing. They were e very loyal- owned Franklin Spoke with him several time - said they will make it right. next issue- winter- assured no- ice builder & no iclcles - we shall see. will be calling then again."

"Jimmy installed new handrails on my front steps and repaired a gutter to stop major leaking above a patio door. He did outstanding work on both jobs, and the price is very reasonable! "I'm completing this review for may sister Barbara G. , Parma Ohio who is 82 year old, on a fixed income, is legally blind, and does not have access to the internet. Alan Luf did several projects for my sister starting in 2012. All of them satisfactory. So she did not hesitate to contact him to renovate her kitchen. Work started mid Aug 2019. Most of the work was completed in Aug 2019. He was paid in full because he promised to return to complete the job. Contractor returned in Oct 2019 to compete work - backsplash and molding and trim. Backsplash could not be completed because one box of the blacksplash material was the wrong style. Contractor had to reorder to complete the work. My sister spoke to the contractor several times from Oct 2019 thru Mar 2020. He said he had the correct backsplash and would be over to complete the job. He was always a 'no show'. He now does not return her phone calls. Contractor is accepting work from other customers and completing those jobs, but he is either unable or unwilling to complete the kitchen project for my sister. At this point she is asking him to give her all materials needed to complete the work plus a refund so she can hire another contractor to complete the kitchen renovation. I have sent hm a message on Facebook, wrote a review on his Facebook page, sent him a certified letter regarding return of materials and a refund. There had been no response from him."
