"Brian was an excellent service tech. He found the problems in less than 15 minutes and had the new parts installed within 1/2 an hour. He already had the correct parts with him so there was no delay in getting the job done. He helped us make the decision as to whether we would fix the machine or buy a new one. The hourly rate and basic service call seemed expensive but with an excellent tech like Brian, the job was done quickly and accurately at minimum cost. This repair was expensive because parts were almost $300, but I had already looked online for parts cost and Complete's prices were higher but not out of line. Brian gave us information about our machine that I did not find online and that was very helpful when I negotiated with the manufacturer to try to get a partial reimbursement of the repair cost.  <br /> I would call Complete again for appliance repair. <br />"

"I have used this business for both my washer and dryer and dishwasher for years. Prompt, professional, and really honest. This time, my knob to adjust the cycle on my washer broke off. Could not change the settings. He quoted me a not inexpensive price to order a replacement, but suggested that I simply remove the one from the second rinse dial and place on the broken one, switching them back if needed. He then used the visit to check out thoroughly both the washer and dryer. Basically the very reasonable price of a basic service call. He always asks questions over the phone before coming out to make sure that it is actually a problem with our appliance, like asking us to double check the circuit breaker first. (How embarrassing!) He is usually out within a day or two after a call and will try to accommodate our availability (but we don't live far from his business). When our dishwasher went out, he recommended a brand and model on sale that would least likely require him to come back for repairs for a long time! I wish that he fixed more than just washers, dryers, and dishwashers. (I think he does some stoves, but not ours)."
