"Scott did a great job on the repairs. I called him Friday and he was out on Monday. I had given him the model #s so he had all the parts required. He called on Sunday to confirm that he would be there on Monday and the approx. time. He fixed everything and tested it to make sure. He is very clean and neat. Cleaned/vacuumed the excess lint out the inside of the dryer while he had it all apart. Wonderful and will use him again for any appliance repairs. Very responsive, very neat and successful repair."

"Brian was an excellent service tech. He found the problems in less than 15 minutes and had the new parts installed within 1/2 an hour. He already had the correct parts with him so there was no delay in getting the job done. He helped us make the decision as to whether we would fix the machine or buy a new one. The hourly rate and basic service call seemed expensive but with an excellent tech like Brian, the job was done quickly and accurately at minimum cost. This repair was expensive because parts were almost $300, but I had already looked online for parts cost and Complete's prices were higher but not out of line. Brian gave us information about our machine that I did not find online and that was very helpful when I negotiated with the manufacturer to try to get a partial reimbursement of the repair cost.  <br /> I would call Complete again for appliance repair. <br />"

"Mr. McGowan was very knowledgeable, transparent and upfront about parts and labor costs. Couldn't ask for quicker service. We called him on Thursday, he arrived Friday afternoon to diagnose and procure the parts needed, and repaired our washer on Saturday early afternoon on time as promised. He also accepts multiple forms of payment, which is cool. Luckily we came up with enough cash, but it was nice to know we could pay with a credit card if necessary. <br /> If you're looking for fast, reliable service at a good price, this is your guy.
