The main person said they were leaving. I explained I could not sign off work was done with the cost as shown, if in fact the work was not done. He seemed to have preconceived notions about my intentions. I talked him down from his defensiveness and they started the work. My take, there were definitely racial aspects of the behavior of the main person. I needed the work done, so I took the high road."
